The Milano Santa Giulia Ice Hockey Arena, located in the Santa Giulia district of Milan, will serve as the main venue for the ice hockey tournaments at Milano Cortina 2026. Construction of the arena began in 2023, and its official inauguration will coincide with the Winter Olympics.

Designed with a modern and versatile architectural style, the arena is built not only to meet Olympic standards but also to host major sporting and entertainment events in the years to come. It will welcome up to 16,000 spectators and sit within a newly developed public square spanning over 10,000 square metres, offering a multifunctional space for both indoor and outdoor events.

The arena itself will rise across eight levels, covering a total area of approximately 77,000 square metres, making it one of the most significant new sports infrastructures in Italy.
